Bite Magazine’s House of Oz feature covered my cooking at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2022. It described the native Australian ingredients I brought to the menu, including finger lime and bush tomato.
The feature also introduced the Monday evening Taste Australia dinners, which paired food with Australian artists and their different cultural backgrounds.
